Power input: The 5-8kg compressed gas output from the external air compressor enters the pneumatic booster through the air pipe, driving the reciprocating motion of the piston rod.
Liquid pressurization: The pneumatic pump oil device injects hydraulic oil into the lifting cylinder, and the straight through oil circuit design reduces pressure loss. The second one-way valve ensures one-way flow of oil.
Lifting execution: Hydraulic oil pushes the lifting piston up, and the angle adjustment snap ring supports two levels of tilting operation: 90 °/135 °. The lowering tension spring automatically resets the piston after the air stops.
Safety control: When the oil pressure exceeds the set threshold, the pressure relief piston pushes open the third one-way valve to achieve automatic pressure relief. The built-in sealing ring and dust cover form a three-level anti leakage system.
